Today is going to be interesting
Jul. 11th, 2008 07:37 amI'm already feeling the effects of no sleep. I didn't even get out of bed until 1 p.m. yesterday, so right about now it's been the equivalent of a really long day. So far, I cleaned the toilet around 5, cut up contact paper to cover student dictionaries, took a shower, went to Starbucks and read from about 530-7, and only left because I was freezing sitting in there. I ate an entire apple fritter. o_O It's still raining on and off, and really humid out so the AC feels colder. Giant puddles everywhere; oh how I love living in the desert!
Book recommendation: Les Miserables. I'm sure I'll finish it today, it's that good. Well, that and it lets me procrastinate the mess I need to clean up.
Argh, the grammar nazi in me is flaring up again. For example, typing a.m. instead of just am after the time, or putting html tags to italicize book titles. Why do I care?
I feel like icon hunting.
Today may also be full of random posts, just to warn you.
Mr. Darcy, he is so cute!
