All right people! I'm a Borders junkie and I have an Amazon gift certificate. Tell me what books, movies, or cds I should try. I'm a somewhat tame person, so no gore/horror movies or really out-there music.

You probably wont be into them, but I just have to suggest them anyway: The Raconteurs' album "Broken Boy Soldiers". Check out "Hands", "Level", "Steady As She Goes" and "Blue Veins".

lyrics for your convenience ;)
And also, Feist's new album "The Reminder" has some great tracks on it. Namely "1234", "I Feel It All", "So Sorry", & "Past In Present"

Date: 2008-01-13 10:16 pm (UTC)Semi OT: I might have to get some of the Austen movies on dvd since they seem to be on late on Sunday nights. So, if you watch them, you HAVE to tell me which to get.
Also, I tried reading OMF again and I just can't get into it. I know all the characters and plot lines will come together, but right now it's so jumpy. Maybe I'll just rent the movie.

I hope you love it!
