Defeated by Excel

ringsandcoffeeOk, what the heck? Excel can do all these complicated functions but it can't freaking do division? I looked up websites, tried many help articles, and every function I've tried has some sort of error. I get the ## or the wrong value. Help? All I'm trying to do is divide the points earned column by the points possible column.
