computer expert needed!

Gah, I'm about to call the Geek Squad and have them fix up my computer. The last couple of days it's just been DRAGGING. I finally got the free McAfee that comes with AOL but already something is wrong with it. I did get one scan out of it, and found a couple viruses but problem isn't solved. Finally was able to defrag the hard drive and still slow. I don't know what's come over this machine.

Got some photo discs from Target and my computer won't read them! GRRRR! I remember when this computer was nice and new and didn't get cranky all the time. I want that back :(

Black and orange. I see them driving around periodically. I looked up the price list and to upgrade my OS would be $229, not including software. YIKES. For that much I might as well attempt it on my own. I just have to find somewhere to store my files should I end up losing everything.
