16. What three features would be non-negotiable in your dream house?

A large kitchen with a huge island, a pantry, and plenty of cabinet space.

A clawfoot tub in the bathroom.

If I still live in Arizona, a garage that has AC (and some extra $ to pay for it). I'd store more seasonal and lesser used crap in the garage if I wasn't afraid of it melting.

I remember getting a storage unit in AZ and having to agree not to store paint of any kind in it, despite it being climate controlled. The guy had stories.

Those are my go-to features as well! I love clawfoot tubs, especially big, deep ones.

I would also like a good sized, well-decorated outdoor space.
