These chips will be the end of me

I have other crackers (salty snacks) and yet I still bought a bag of baked bbq flavored potato chips on Sunday. I held off until today to open them. Half the bag is gone, but to be fair, that isn't much. Can't stop eating them!
Yesterday was my mom's 75th birthday. We celebrated last Friday when I was in town. My mom avoided technology for the most part most of her life. Even at work (she was a nurse) she would only use computers when absolutely necessary, and would try to get others to do it for her if possible. She was the first in my family to get a cell phone way back in 2000 or 2001, but that was in the days where cell phones only made calls. When she had a Razr, it was always a chore for her to figure out listening to voicemail or finding people's numbers. Several years ago, my brother almost bought her a laptop, but later got her an iPad instead. Good thing, as she would not be able to handle a PC. Actually, she has a PC, but mentioned giving it to my sister. Something about she never uses it. My sister said something about needing it to print stuff. So yeah, Mom LOVES her iPad. However, she is still pretty tech-limited. She really has no idea the difference between apps and web pages through Safari or Chrome. She asked me the other day basically how to bookmark sites. Well, because she does most things through apps, those can't be bookmarked. Even on a web browser, she looks mostly at store or shopping websites. So, I showed her how to bookmark pages, but the only examples I could find was, for example, if she liked a bedspread she saw on the Pottery Barn website. I also had to teach her why when she deletes threads of emails, it asks if she wants to delete all messages. The next night, she asked me to show her how to bookmark again, but she was trying to do it in her email. Sigh.
Still eating the chips.
Is there anyone you work with that you don't get along with? Why?
Not in my current job. We don't really work together (call center), though I do ask questions to the people around me. So far all of them have been cool about that. We may not all socialize, but everyone is friendly.
Have you ever been romantically interested in a coworker?
My immediate response was no, but now I'm trying to think back. Yes, I've had minor crushes on at least one guy I've worked with.
Have you ever been romantically involved with a coworker?
no
Do you have any thoughts on a 14-year age-gap?
I generally think they are icky. Not to say there aren't successful ones, but I'd say that unless the younger person is at least 40, it's weird to me. That big of an age gap usually puts people in very different life stages. Chasing someone that much younger seems more like a physical pursuit than looking for a relationship. Chasing someone that much older shows some immaturity on the younger person's part.
What is the game you're currently playing most often on your phone?
I don't play games on my phone.
What is your go-to Starbucks order?
iced venti latte. If I get a flavor, I ask for 3 pumps instead of the standard 6.
Do you have any friends that you're drifting apart from?
Many of my former coworkers. Only a handful were close friends, but I miss them sometimes.
Are you close to someone who is mentally unwell?
I know many people who struggle with depression and/or anxiety.
What phone do you have?
iPhone 6S.
What is the last thing you ordered for delivery?
I guess my Rodan + Fields stuff, but you have to order that. Before that, a pair of Rothys shoes.
Do you have an opinion on adopting/purchasing a pet?
Funny that I read that as just getting a pet, but both people who answered this answered as adopt vs purchase. If I ever get a dog or cat, I'll try to adopt. However, all I have are bettas, and those are bought at the pet store.
What's your favorite chain restaurant?
Maybe Chipotle, though I don't LOVE them as much as I used to. Pita Jungle, a local chain, is pretty good. MOD pizza is the best of the new create your own pizza places, and you can do salad too.
Have you ever dated someone who was of a foreign origin?
No.
Have you ever read any of your idols' books/autobiographies?
Can't say I have any idols, but I have read Lyrics by Sting, Home: A Memoir of My Early Years by Julie Andrews, and Kitchen Confidential by Anthony Bourdain.
Do you own any succulents?
I've had ONE succulent, and I killed it the day I got it by leaving it in a hot car. Yes, I'm that talented that I killed a desert plant with heat.
When was the last time you climbed a tree?
Probably 6th grade, but it was one that was easy to swing up to the low branches. I'm terrible at climbing and slightly afraid of heights.
If you have any pets, how would you describe their personalities?
My betta Beatrice is pretty chill.
