I have no idea who I'll vote for in the upcoming election. Pretty much dislike and/or distrust both candidates.

Me too. All of the nasty back and forth was making me sick to my stomach and really stressed out, so I decided back in February that I wasn't going to vote this year. I'm comfortable with that, though I understand why others aren't.

How lucky then that you live in a country where you can skip on voting without landing a massive fine!

I'm praying you'll have some peace and clarity about (a) whether you should vote and (b) who to vote for!

You get fined? Wow. I usually only vote in the presidential elections, and also for local measures I feel strongly about. The latter has only happened twice though.

I'm sure I'll vote, but I wish it wasn't trying to choose the lesser of 2 evils. I can vote for one of the candidates who for sure won't win, but I don't know if that helps the situation.

Voting...seems the last 3-5 elections have been between cow manure and horse manure. They both smell like crap and you don't want to step in either.

Vote third-party if that is who fits your values best. If enough of us DID that, maybe...just maybe...we would break this stupid two-party system.

As for me, I know I'm NOT voting for Obama, period. I don't like Romney, either, but I sure as shoot do not like B.O. and what he has done to us as he undercuts Christianity and Israel and promotes "the religion of peace" (HA) with his actions.

And....wow...imagine if WE got fined...we'd have a better voter turnout for SURE!

Agreed.

I tend to think anyone that doesn't distrust a candidate is very gullible. I can't see myself ever being extremely enthusiastic about a politician.

Darcy for President?!?

Just an idea.

I was watching ROTK on Saturday, which always reminds me of when you'd ask me trivia questions. You asked what the name of the flying things were, claiming they had no name. Not fell beast or nazgul as I guessed. :D

lol I wonder how Darcy would be as president? Unwavering in his standards, no doubt!

I feel bad, I don't remember that! I thought that the fell beasts had no name? I mean....I can't exactly think of what they are called right this moment, besides fell beast lol, but back then I should have known.

If I played LOTR Trivial Pursuit today, I'd probably be terrible at it. :D
