Long story short, he cancelled our bowling date tonight, and it's over. He was nice about it, and I appreciate his honesty. I had reservations but wanted to see if they were true concerns or not.

I still hate dating though. Might take down my okcupid profile for a while, and hope some guys I know in real life pull their heads out and notice me. ;)

Hmm. Well, for me at least, it lessens the sting to have at least a possibility. I guess because for a while I had no prospects. Of course, sometimes possible guys are just torture lol.

Ah, M. Ward. He's got that magical something. I don't know if he soothes the lonely soul or just sympathizes. Whatever he does, he's got it down lol. If you listen to him with headphones, your heart might implode. Just fyi...

lol I know what you mean! In my mind I can't be any more obvious about showing "hey, I'm interested!" without being too pushy, but who knows. Maybe we're still too subtle.
