Not working means I don't have the 10 hours of activity each day I used to. Perfect time to start exercising t home, right? HA HA HA. This is me we're talking about. I am lazy. Oh, I also live in the land of the blazing sun. Roommate will go out jogging in it, but not me. Even with the cooler weather, it's not happening. I bought an exercise video in August, which is still in the package. What do I do in all my free time? Bake too much. Try new recipes (today is falafel, btw, and I hope it comes out edible). Drink copious amounts of iced coffee with 2% milk. Occasionally I check the scale, which is slowly climbing. Do not want.
So, today is day 1 of getting my willpower back under control. Deciding what to eat, and how much. Fighting cravings. Substituting healthier foods for the junk I'd love to eat. One scone instead of 2. Hot coffee with a drizzle of half and half instead of glasses of half iced coffee, half milk. NOT eating the roommie's chocolate animal crackers. Ok, I had 3.
The exercise may happen eventually.
