I need to learn how to cook more. I mean, I know how to cook but I need to take the time to prepare more complicated things. I love it when I make real food (i.e. requires more than boiling/simmering/pop in oven or microwave and set timer) and I try to make enough to have leftovers. With 2 jobs these days, I'm just too tired or too hungry to do it. I was at the store today and tried to buy things that require preparation but didn't even know what to get. Also could have gotten more veggies, but I got asparagus! yum! Maybe I'll make some of that later.

So tired...think I will go pop in FOTR Appendix disc 2 and read FOTR illustrated and just relax...

Shoot, I'm listening to FOTR soundtrack. I'm gonna OD if I'm not careful ;)
