Jill gave me a pair of earrings for Christmas. I decided to try poking them through, since one ear seemed to have closed up over time. It worked! The earrings are dangly with green and silver beads, very pretty yet simple. I don't even know what kind of metal they are made of, but they didn't irritate my ears like anything but silver or gold used to. Today I bought a pair of small silver hoops to wear more often. It's a wonder I haven't worn earrings in so long. Hopefully they don't get irritated like when I was younger.

Still being a total dork over the cute guy at Safeway. I could go on about that for a while, but, no.
