It's an addiction

I went to the pet store to look at bettas. Instead of another male, I got two females. Usually females are bland looking, but these were very cute, and I couldn't decide between the two, so I got both. Their names were decided before I even got home: Jane and Lizzy. The full names are Jane Austen Bennett Eyre and Elizabeth Bennett Gaskell. Yes, I am a book nerd. Now I need to clean the tanks.

They've very pretty females! Usually I picture females much more boring. I like Jane the best though. She's rockin'.

Usually the females ARE very dull in color, which is why I was surprsied to find Jane and Lizzy. I didn't have a non-glare shot of Lizzy because she moves too much, but I really like her coral-red color. Jane got her name because Jane Bennett is the prettiest of the 5 sisters, and she was the prettiest fish.
