Ashley getting a promotion, seeing Ivan today for the first time since he went to his new position.
2. What ingredients make a perfect Saturday?
sleeping in as late as I want, lots of coffee.
3. What is the best thing you ever had for dessert? Share the memory or the recipe.
I don't know what the BEST ever was, but I remember this tiramisu I split with Erol at a restaurant. They must have really soaked the lady fingers in rum or whatever, because I got a tiny bit tipsy from it. I'm also rather a lightweight when it comes to alcohol, but still.
4. What is your favorite memory of your mom, or your favorite thing about being a mom?
Nothing really stands out to me. Like, nothing especially memorable. I do remember being grateful once when, after a rather crappy day, she came and picked me up at school (2 hours away) to come home for the weekend. I had called her in tears.
5. What are your plans for the summer (or winter, for those in the southern hemisphere)?
My trip to Italy, and I don't know what else.
