Sep. 8th, 2012 11:55 pmAwesome: baking chocolate sugar cookies at 930pm. The whole mixing, rolling, cutting and baking process took about 90 minutes. However, it reminded me why I don't want to sell cut-out cookies professionally - too much work. Ha. Well, too much work if I want them uniform in shape and thickness, and not mess them up moving them to the baking sheets.
Not exactly awesome: discussing LOST with someone on Thursday, and completely forgetting that Daniel Faraday was a character, let alone my favorite character. OOPS! Sorry Daniel! I do love you!
Back to awesome: trying to explain the finale to the date last night, and him being so confused, but letting me act like a total dork, aka myself.
