Dance around, do random aerobics moves, walk up and down stairs, anything to just keep moving. Two days of this so far, and only when roomie isn't home. I keep at it until I get tired, then add up the lengths of the songs that played. about 17 minutes both days - not great, but it's a start. I'll work up to more.
