I can't believe this

My sister sends me a Myspace comment saying "We are going to Hawaii." So I call her asking, who's WE? She says her and my mom, and staying at the same place we went 4 years ago. When are they going? June 5-12th. When does school end? June 8th. Can I take the time off? NO. I'd be ok with this, even though I've for some reason been wanting to go back to Hawaii the past 2 weeks, except for one thing. When I asked my mom why she didn't ask me, she says she thought I didn't really like it there last time! WHAT??? She didn't even have a reason why she thought that.

The more I think about it, the more upset I am.

Well, my sister is coming here for a few days later in the summer, but that's not the same as HAWAII! I need a beach; that's what sucks about the desert. Oh well.

When I was thinking about moving here, I was talking to the friend who already lived here, and I said I would really miss the ocean. She said, "Arizona has an ocean. It's just farther away."

I remember visiting a friend here, and driving past Tempe town lake. I thought it was cool at the time. I guess there's the Salt River if really need a body of water.
