I hope each and every one of you has a wonderful Christmas (make that *had* for Anne, since it's a day later where you are)! Thanks for the touch each of you have had on my life in various ways, whether through my flist or in person.

In other news that I simply must mention, I finished reading Pride and Prejudice tonight. Woohoo, 72 hours! Now I just have to watch the 1995 version. I am wholly obsessed with it the book and 2005 movie at the moment. I might even need an icon or two, but I'm too lazy to look for them. One with Elizabeth and Darcy, and one with just Darcy would be nice. *squee*

ACK dissertation! I never want to write one of those. Not even now, when I've learned how to better organize my writing. Yay for being a teacher!

Ahhh, you are wonderful. I actually found austen_icons and austenicons already, but I'll check out the others. Yeah right, 2 icons! I already have like 30 saved. Thank goodness for photobucket! I just have to decide which of my current icons will get the boot.

I've been surfing for P&P icons, and I found a mood theme I'm so installing as soon as I get home this weekend! (It's in my memories if you want it) I keep seeing pictures from scenes I don't recognize, or am I making things up? Are they on the dvd?

I can't confidently answer that question unless I saw them, but I would guess they might be production stills for promotion and the like. My friends only banner uses one and another that comes to mind is all the Bennet girls walking arm-in-arm in a field.
