Thanks. It's not even my worst day, by far, but on my drive home I kept repeating the word craptacular in my head. I think I just don't deal well with angry parents, and the parent I spoke to today wasn't even irate.
Talking to parents is exhausting all around. I'm sorry...I hope it gets better soon! If not, Christmas is around the corner, and June is just a hop, skip and a jump from there. :-)
