ringsandcoffee | (no subject)

This is me. This is me drinking lukewarm coffee. This is me 5-6 pounds lighter due to my cold messing with my appetite all week (yeah, I don't get it either). This is me doing a little happy dance over that.

This is my messy apartment. Those are my shoes all over the floor. That's the basket where shoes are supposed to go when I come home. That's the box my cell phone came in, with all the accessories still chilling in it. Over there is the recycling that I don't ever feel like taking all the way to the bins. That's the dirty entry floor that really needs to be vacuumed. To my left is the empty space where my vacuum usually sits; the vac has been at Natalie's house since Christmas. To my right is a pile of papers than need to be filed. In the fridge is some food that needs to be tossed.

I think I left my lunch bag in the car, if I even remembered to bring it home at all.

This is me not getting ready for the wedding I'm going to later. This is me deciding between two dresses I could wear - one fancier than the other. Those are my non-manicured toes. Been too cold to wear sandals anyway.

I need to get with it already.
