Mission accomplished: I went to Old Navy in search of a new sweatshirt, and fortunately found one. It's really just a long sleeved fleece shirt, but it should function well enough.

This means: I must finally retire my 12-year-old Gap fleece hoodie. It's too big, has paint spatters and frayed cuffs, and makes me look twice my normal size when I wear it. Disliking the pictures taken in Flagstaff yesterday is what finally convinced me to toss it.

I am: noshing on baked Doritos.

New fun item: the Frank Sinatra cd Susan loaned to me.

I need to: start laundry, clean up, take out the trash, and vacuum.

Outside it's windy and in the 70s, which feels cold!

I had a sweatshirt like that. It was one my father in law bought at Navy Pier ten years ago. He figured since I was from Chicago, I would appreciate it. I did. I wore it all the time. It was at least three sizes too big, but that allowed me to wear it through most of my pregnancy with the Small One. I loved that sweatshirt. I finally parted with it earlier this year after seeing a photo of myself in it. Haven't bought another one yet. It just seems too soon....*sniff*

Haha I just had a similiar thought last night! I was looking through a photo album and there was a picture of me hanging christmas ornaments in my Gap Hoodie/Sweatshirt that is still hanging in my closet. And that picture is OLD. I didn't realize I had clothes that OLD! :-O

Damn thing is still comfy as hell too!
