I wish I had more passion. I think the one endeavor I'm most passionate about these days is baking, and even that fire isn't really bright. I still collect recipes that I want to try. I also want to try more cake decorating. I should look into a class for that, since it's not quite practical to make a ton of cakes and frosting at home.

I envy people who are passionate about things AND act on that passion. Even if I don't agree with an issue, I love reading what y'all passionately write about. I'm frustrated with my present complacency. I'm also frustrated because I'm not sure what to DO, or even where to look for things to do.

One current issue that I do want to mention/bring awareness about is www.savesaeed.org. Saeed is an American pastor currently in prison in Iran for sharing his Christian faith. He managed to escape execution, but was sentenced to 8 years in a prison that is far worse than what you might imagine. The website has a couple of videos and more information.

Oh yeah, I'd also like my voice back. Croaking is not fun.
