Dec. 17th, 2008 07:27 pmI was going to post this long ramble about work, and then forgot. Of course, the feeling has now passed.
Last Friday, my friend called from the district Christmas party (I was going to see Handel's Messiah that night) to say there was someone she wanted to set me up with. Yesterday morning, my coworker mentioned she talked to said guy at the party and he seemed decent, but didn't know about the friend's plan until after. I said I wasn't going to touch the situation, I'll let my friend do the setting up if she will.
Is it Friday yet? I want to wear jeans tomorrow, both for comfort and also because I don't want to iron my other pants.
ETA: I ironed my pants (and stitched the cuff on one leg) after all, even though another teacher was saying to just wear jeans. We were chatting on Facebook, and he said nobody cares, so we'll see what I decide to do in the morning.
