Oct. 12th, 2008 08:38 pmI got up to get some stationary from the shelf, and ended up mixing up a Cappuccino Cooler in the kitchen, and filling the ice tray. Brain fart much?
Today I almost fell asleep after sitting at the computer so long. Even after telling 2 people I don't like naps, I was really tempted to take one. So, instead I mulled over my dvds, chose Sound of Music and listened to/watched it while I cleaned. My bettas have clean homes, and my laundry is in process.
I love Sound of Music. It's been on tv every Christmas since I was under 10 years old, and I have a vhs recording of it from maybe the early 90s. Seeing it in 7th grade, after we sang a medley of the songs in chorus, is when I started to love it. Maybe it's related to the fact I was 13 and starting to like boys, but that's when I first noticed the love story aspect, and I was no stranger to chick flicks at the time. Guh, I love me some chick flicks.
Need to keep doing things. Need to keep getting rid of stuff! I want all work related stuff to go TO WORK and stay there.
