Feeling creative

At my new school, each classroom has a large bulletin board outside the door. I got an idea the other day while picking out colors of fadeless paper at the teacher store. The board is indoors, but the fadeless paper comes in better colors than the standard butcher paper. Anyway, some girls mentioned they bought fabric for a display, so I headed to Joann's today to see if anything caught my eye. Of all the quilting fabrics, and there were several hundred, there was only one I loved. I'll be covering my board in this

and using the ribbon as a border. I don't know how well the ribbon will work as a border, but I'll worry about that on Monday.
