Let's start from the beginning:
Early this morning I was having yet another anxiety dream about school. I woke up to it pouring down rain, yet I was really hot. I love waking up from bad dreams and realizing it was just a dream, but I'm kind of sick of the dreams already.
Woke up, found my mom's car home for me to drive to see Kelly. I knew they wouldn't leave me hanging, but still. Called Kelly and she actually called me back! Amazing for this girl who takes forever to return emails and all.
Drove to Orangevale and saw Kelly! My Kelly! I haven't seen her since July. I moved to AZ and she moved to New York after traveling in Europe for 2 months. It was so nice to have my geeky friend around again. She was so happy that I wanted to go see King Kong since her family wouldn't go. Hooray for being Peter Jackson fans! ( Cut for those who have not seen King Kong yet )
Mmmm, Chipotle. They need a few locations in Manhattan for Kelly.
While at Barnes and Noble, I had to go by the Tolkien section, which is smaller, but at least more people than just me were looking at it.
Driving back home tonight, they changed the Lyon real estate signs finally. No one on my flist will have a clue what I mean, but the frogs bugged me so bad! Also, call me crazy, but driving through Benicia at night, with all the lights on at the refineries, I think is really pretty.
All in all, it was a good day.
