A better day
Dec. 23rd, 2005 10:35 pmToday, my sister and I attacked a few stores. My theory on why it's so crowded on December 23rd? Everything is half off! However, I get tired of crowds. I got myself a couple of things, which my sister insisted on wrapping; she's weird like that. I got a pair of brown boots, a frying pan, and Robin Hood Prince of Thieves on dvd. I also got myself a San Francisco Starbucks mug yesterday, and I may have to go get the other one eventually :)
I did stress a little about work today, and had another dream about it last night. Well, not really a dream but I think about it. Anyway, my day got better when I saw my friends who I haven't seen since last summer. We did our usual activities: nachos at El Balazo, Starbucks, then Target. I swear we lose all maturity when we are together, and it gets even worse at Target. We may be 28, but I think people might mistake us for high schoolers. Still, we had fun. Erol was all excited about the Tina Turner postcard I got him. Tomorrow I will go to Allison's mom's house to see her daughter.
Ok, nerd time: I've been hearing on the radio about the King Kong/Peter Jackson diaries on dvd they have for sale already. I wanted them. I saw them at Costco. I wanted them. I haven't even seen King Kong yet! I'll probably go next week. Maybe because I like the LOTR bonus dvds so much I think I'll like the KK ones. I'll have to get used to skinny PJ though.
