It's time to procrastinate!
Aug. 28th, 2005 12:23 pmUgh, I have school stuff to do but I don't want to start. I know I'll just get frustrated again, especially when I have to compute progress report grades. Let me tell you, it's not easy being a teacher. I used to get into heated arguments with anyone who criticized my profession, but now I just tell them, you cannot understand until you've done it.
It's hot here again, as in 110 for an expected high. I can feel the temp go up as soon as the AC stops blowing. I need to close my blinds but I like natural light. I was out shopping for shoes earlier, and I had to come home because I didn't want to keep getting in and out of my hot car. I need new black semi-dress shoes (i.e. teacher shoes) so badly, and I cannot find ANY that I like. It really sucks. My old shoes are so worn out my feet are in major pain by the end of the day. Why do I have to be so picky, AND have the most common shoe size? I found a pair I liked but of course they didn't have my size, and the half size up was too big.
Harley, my friends' kitten, is so cute. She's sitting on the bed behind me just chillin. Well, she's attempting to lick her fluffy tail, and fur sticks to her tongue. She's so cute when she sings to the pigeons outside.
