I didn't notice the voices (yet another excuse to re watch them both lol), but I thought some of the characters look alike to their counterparts. Like Mr. Bingley and ...now I think I'm getting it mixed up with Jane Eyre lol. Well anyway, the two Bingleys look alike to me :P
I said it before, but I'll say it again: the movie really gets good on the second disc! ;)
