This may gross you out a little
Sometimes, on weekends, I don't feel like brushing my teeth. If I'm not going to see anybody or go anywhere, sometimes I don't. However, I found something at the grocery store that may be a somewhat suitable substitute - Tom's of Maine mouthwash. It's alcohol free, so it doesn't burn, and it's a mint flavor that I don't mind.
There was something else I wanted to post about, but totally forgot.
One more week before fall break! Wednesday and Thursday will be long days due to parent conferences, but I'm actually looking forward to them for once. What in the world?
I found a dead cricket in the spare bathroom. It was a baby, which makes me think it was killed by a scorpion. I have yet to see any scorpions in this house, but they eat crickets, so...I think I'll vacuum as a preventative measure.

There are at least a few times a year where I am literally SO exhausted when I go to bed that the ginormous task of brushing my teeth is insurmountable. Heck, changing from clothes to pajamas is sometimes almost too hard. I use the vanilla-mint mouthwash. I find it's much less alcohol-y and burn-y.
Good luck with parent conferences! Also...I need break already and we've only been in school for 20 school days. haha! At least we get Columbus Day off next week!
