A meeting I had today that I thought would be a disaster ended up being pretty positive. I was 100% sure something I said would be used or twisted to be used against me. It wasn't. I even got a few compliments. I still don't trust TPTB, but at least it made my day better.

Another thing I still don't agree with is what they tell me to focus on. The curriculum has become so narrow that my students are not getting even half of the knowledge they should be getting.

I need out of education.

This is my 6th year. I love teaching, but, as you know, education is just a mess.
