Peter Jackson, I knew you wouldn't disappoint me!

I just saw this trailer for The Lovely Bones http://video.aol.com/aolvideo/AOL Movies/the-lovely-bones-trailer-no-1/32557030001 and I can't wait until December. I read the book 2 years ago after seeing on IMDb that Jackson had the movie rights. Upon reading the beginning, I feared one scene would be too realisticaly creepy, knowing what Peter was capable of putting on film. However, the trailer blew me away. The movie looks fantastic.

That's one of my favorite books. I think Peter Jackson will do it justice (unlike the director who adapted The Time Traveler's Wife for the big screen - LAME).

Is it the rape scene? I haven't read the book, but I was reading an article on the movie and it's definitely going to be PG-13, and that particularly thing only alluded to.

Yes. That's really the only freaky part of the book, but there's other material which I guess renders a PG13 rating.
