See, you knew what was disrespectful. My students either don't know or don't care. I was almost completely bored in school from about 8th grade on, and remember staring at the clock a lot, but I was never disruptive, and I did my work because I knew I had to. My kids think that considering something boring is enough excuse to not do it.
