I love food (and working once in a while)

Someone gave my roommate this link last night. I'm surprisingly excited about it, seeing as I have no plans to become vegetarian. Of the 5-6 recipes I want to make, the homemade falafel excites me most.

Just as I was realizing I enjoy being unemployed more than I should (read: not looking hard enough for work), I ended up at a charter school today where I know the principal. She handed me an application to sub there. Now I need to scan my certificate and email it to her.

I do not like Green Day. So sick of this band!

I read some on Green Day. Know nothing of them. Not going into a polictical discussion, just my opinion...Obama is destroying our country. Praying he is outed next election...sorry something I read on Green Day site that got me going.

I am a working mom, hard work, but glad to not be working a job with all the stress I am under right now. Sucks being a basket case! lol!

I'm surprised you don't know Green Day's music. It's played on at least half hte stations I listen to, and they've been around since the 90s.

No, I missed them somehow. I don't listen a lot to the radio anymore like I did in my teens and 20's. I love to listen to Sirus radio in the car and tend to listen to old music.... too...80's. lol! I love a station called "The Blend" found a lot of groups that I never heard of that sing music that is upbeat but "kind-of" love songs...like Daughtry, Nickleback, Goth group-Evanscence (spelling)LOVE her!...STILL love Steve Winwood and Peter Cetera...sorry can't help it. lol!...oh and Sting. :D

Oh gosh, I still love him. I loved the way he dressed for awhile when he did "If I ever lose my faith" and "Shape of my Heart"

PS. Love your icon. I will always love the Star Wars movies of the late 70's and 80's the most. Those characters were like family to me for some reason. I still love them. (Yes I'm strange.)

I just love Han Solo! Such a scoundrel, but loving at heart. :)
Though at the time, I was in love with Luke Skywalker. Well who wasn't? lol!
