My scale is lying - I have not gained 3 lbs in 2 days.
I have too many mugs, but I love them.
Why don't I remember buying as much stuff as seems to go in my Goodwill pile?
Why do I live where it's 101 degrees at 9:30 p.m.?
Taking my friend's daughter out in their van, with the girl in her carseat, freaked me out a little. The woman at Burger King probably thought I was her mother.

I like kids, and want kids, but for some reason I feel weird when people mistake me for being the mom.
