Acutally, I just had to turn the thermostat down. I had it up to 83 because the cold air blows right on me at night. No wonder I'm sitting here sweating, and I haven't even turned on the oven. I'm making snickerdoodles AND chocolate chip cookies, though the CC dough will chill for about 24 hours. I'm looking up different baking tips and tricks to hopefully get better results.
