I have a life again!

I cannot tell you how happy I am to have a social life again. Not even a social life, just one that isn't dominated by work. This past week, I took a daytrip on Tuesday and have been out every night since. Nowhere special, but at least I've been out with friends. During the school year, I was too tired and/or too busy to do much, especially on weeknights. Tonight we went to Oregano's because I happened to be at Jen and Brian's and we got hungry.

Thursday, Jen and I went to Ikea, where I got some colorful dishes and this patio table and chairs. The set was on clearance for $55, so I couldn't pass it up.


I've now read Jane Eyre twice, though the second time was quite out of order. I read middle to end, then beginning to middle. Selected chapters I've read a few more times as well. I love it.

I am enjoying Oregano's for you, in your absence. Since you've been absent, you know you need to come do make-up work, err, eating! Teacher says!
